As Chief Marketing Officer, Brent's primary responsibilities include leading marketing strategy and execution for c2b solutions, development of c2b solutions' proprietary consumer segmentation model and insights products, research on healthcare consumers’ motivations and behaviors, and providing marketing guidance to c2b solutions clients.
Prior to starting c2b solutions, Brent Walker spent 20 years with P&G Healthcare Marketing in both Pharmaceuticals and OTC businesses. His last position was Director of Customer Marketing, leading initiatives for P&G Healthcare including:
Designed and led P&G’s e-commerce customer team for an online retailer of Over-the-Counter healthcare and Personal Needs product.
Head of Customer Marketing for MDVIP, P&G’s subsidiary network of concierge medicine practices. Worked with MDVIP’s institutional partners to discover and apply consumer insights and leverage P&G’s marketing capabilities to achieve mutual goals.
Licensed to third parties intellectual property stemming from his work leading the P&G Healthcare Consumer Institute, a marketing consulting team he helped create in 1998.
Brent has delivered a variety of publications and industry presentations covering critical healthcare marketing topics, including consumer satisfaction, ecommerce, market research, physician and patient behavior change, and retail habits and practices.
