Casey AlbertsonAs Chief Operating Officer, Casey’s primary responsibilities include all operational components of c2b solutions, as well as customer and channel development.

Prior to c2b solutions, Casey spent 28 years at the Procter & Gamble Company in a variety of Sales and Marketing leadership roles. Most recently Casey led the MDVIP Sales team (Physician Retainer Model) to over 50% growth in physician acquisitions in two years through market assessment, organizational redesign and compensation planning.  In other roles he has developed PBM, retail pharmacy and LTC platforms to link Rx to OTC purchases for ecommerce and retail partners.

In his Pharma Account Management leadership role he developed an Industry first Medical Risk Contracting strategy for the Rx product Actonel.  Actonel received 165 million media impressions with this new approach to contracting. Formulary positioning was strong.

Casey led the Account Management team for 6 years at P&G with >$1B annual volume at 160 accounts. His account managers received top industry customer rankings (2006, 2008) on customer satisfaction while keeping costs far below industry average.  Account Manager Skills continually rated in top 5 of Pharma.

In a marketing capacity, he co-developed and led the Health Care Consumer Institute® (HCI).  This value-add business unit developed deep insights on consumer behavior in healthcare. This work and its place in business is a foundation for the c2b company. Other notable achievements include:

  • Developed the Global Innovation Platform for P&G Pharma working in GR/FR/UK/IT
  • Original Account Executive in P&G Managed Care with multiple Presidents Club Awards
  • Published an independent study on how physicians rate the Rx industry.

Casey has a B.B.A. degree in Marketing from Iowa State University with a focus in Life Sciences.
