As an authorized Client Director for c2b solutions, Mark’s responsibilities include representing c2b solutions products and services. Mark also leads MDH Consulting, which he established in 2015 to provide general business advisory services in the domains of health care, corporate culture, wellness, health management, strategy and innovation, with an emphasis on psychographic profiling and API-based technology platforms: “Precision Engagement™”.

Mark Head brings 37 years of experience in insurance, employee benefits consulting and brokerage, wellness, health management, and health care to his client engagements.

As a lifelong entrepreneur, his domain expertise includes innovation, strategy, business culture, and executive coaching, as well as sales and marketing.

He entered the insurance business in Dallas, Texas in 1980. In 2001 he shifted his focus to wellness and health management, and established a new company solely for that endeavor. He then sold his benefits practice in 2002, and subsequently sold the wellness firm in 2005 to Viverae, Inc., a leading national provider of integrated wellness and health management solutions.

From 2005 to 2015, he served Viverae as Chief Solutions Officer, Principal Health Management Consultant, and National Sales Manager, helping build the company to over 700,000 member lives, with an estimated 2016 revenue run rate of $40mm+.

Early in his career, he also became active in civic and community pursuits, serving on numerous boards and steering committees for Dallas organizations such as the Foundation for Responsible Television, the DISD Business Management Magnet High School, the Anita M. Martinez Ballet Folklorico, the Dallas Chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and the Dallas Junior Chamber of Commerce.

He moved to southern California in 2013, and currently resides in the Los Angeles area.
